Wasn’t delivered

I ordered this dress, but it wasn’t delivered to me. It was missing from my order. I made a complain and I told the customer care that I wanted my money refunded into the credit card I paid with, instead, they gave me a store credit which I already told them I didn’t want because I will never use it. I wasn’t happy because I was really looking forward to how I was going to rock this dress.

Ordered 3 times and only received the slip!

I wanted this dress so badly for a wedding I have coming up. I ordered it THREE separate times, and each time only the slip came (no dress with fringe). So frustrating! I want this dress!!!! I called FN and asked how I could order and be positive the entire dress would arrive, and they could not give me that guarantee. :( Can't find another one like it anywhere. Order at your own risk, sadly.
