These are denim so they are not stretchy. Based off other reviews I went up a size and they are STILL too tight in my thighs/butt area and the waist is waaaaay too big. My regular size is 13 and I got a 15. They are really cute and I wish I could wear them but the tight thighs and too big waist is a no for me. If it was in between it would be a better fit
