For reference I am 5’4” and 145, 34C on the shallow cup side. I ordered a small and WOW! I expected the material to stretch but even with the ribbing it does not stretch too thin and the shaping cups are great quality! They shape without too much padding But also without being flimsy! You can get very minimal side breast exposure/side boob but the cups are removable. It gave me natural looking cleavage without looking to pushed up. Never felt so sexy in a sports bra!
