I did not receive what I ordered. Contacted customer care and they wanted me to go out of my way to ship the incorrect item back. Did not even offer a comparision for their wrong doing. I asked for them to just ship the correct item which was only $8. Very disappointed. Each customer service rep is different. A friend of mine had the same problem. Her rep told her to keep it plus gave her the 30fam (30%) discount on her next ordered. She was able to reorder her item. That was perfect customer service. Showed that she cared..
