Received jeans instead of heels

I ordered the heels and received jeans. I sent pictures and all but instead of sending the right things you guys want me to do the most and send the jeans back to then get store credit in a WEEK to then order again. Like you guys arent ever getting my money again. Fashion Nova SUCKS!
