The material is itchy and rough. Poor zipper even while I tried to zip it up off, the zipper was stuck! Tried to get a return they asked me to send a pic which I did while I was trying it on. They told me I wore it and so I cannot return the dress. Poor decision making and policy needs to be revised. Also original payment method shld be credited and not be given a store credit esp if u don't want to purchase from Fashion Nova again.

Was fine in the waist but was way too big up top with no way to adjust the straps.
