I purchased in brown for an event, it almost looks burgundy in some lights due to the richness of the color and the shift in the satin. the dress is well made, heavy, lined, with strong boning on the top, and grips along the top inside to avoid slipping. Downside is the zipper, very weak and gets stuck - you'll need a second person to assist with zipping. Very minimal stretch due to the structure of the dress. I sized up due to my 40G and height 5'9. usually FN mini dresses are very mini on me. It barely fits, I am a size 20, if you are larger than 20, this dress will potentially be too small. length covers the butt and zipper goes up very fitted and snug. shape is adorable. if you have a hourglass or pear shape, it will accentuate the waist and flow outward, very feminine. surprisingly good quality and the color is lovely.
