As a professional, this top can be dressed up or down. My first time wearing this top for a clinical meeting, I received so many compliments. I wear a medium size for tops (size 8 - 10), which appears to be true to size. I used WoolLite/cold water/ delicate cycle for washing; and natural air drying (e.g., laundry room, hanging in your bathroom). In short, I did not use any heat to dry this top in order to maintain the natural shape/texture of this top.
