Way too small.

I went up 1/2 a size and my heel is sticking out. Get an entire size over your reg size or 1 & 1/2 size bigger if you have wider feet. My foot is narrow and long. My normal size is typically 8. I think I should’ve gotten 9 or 9.5 from how ridiculously small they run.
