I love it, the material of the dress flawless, super cute for a date night!

It has now been nearly three weeks and I have yet to receive any of my items. When I asked for a full refund I was denied numerous times and was instead given a store credit and was offered a 20% off coupon. I no longer want to do business with FashionNova so why would a store credit help? I did the standard 2-day shipping and my items have STILL not left the warehouse. I was told they have implemented some new system to help get shipments out quicker---- yet nearly 3 weeks later my package is still at their warehouse in "pre-shipment" status. I had to go to my bank to file a claim in order to obtain a full refund. It's so hilarious that I received an e-mail to "review an item" when the item was never received and even worse, never left their facility. Complete disappointment and still in the process of getting my full refund. Sucks that I had to go thru my bank when their shipping policy is obviously null in void if it's been this long and my item hasn't shipped. They can keep their store credit. I just want my refund and to take my business elsewhere. Be very cautious when purchasing from this company!
