I’m 5 ft 4, 153, 34DD- I bought the medium and it fit so cute! I do wish the bottom had a little stretch to it so it could be a bit tighter, but I still love it!! No issues with it being super tight around the shoulders. It fit comfortably- there is no stretch to the shirt just FYI
