I’m 5’1, 205 lbs, and usually a size 11-12. I bought a large, but around my waist the button doesn’t exactly sit over my navel and instead curves off to the size throughout the day. Definitely would get a size up if I bought it again.

They fit great! I'm 5'4 and weigh 131lbs and I got a small. They stretch and fit perfect in the waist. I was worried cause i carry most of my weight in my lower half but I'm satisfied with the fit.
