The straps are quite long but I'm 5'2", somewhat slim / petite. Love the pointed toe. I should have bought a 8.5, but FS was out of the 8.5 online so purchased a size 8 as I read a previous review advising to go up .5 of a size or 1 whole size up from usual size.
