This one is very sheer, you can see a nude bra through it. I personally would go with no bra and nipple stickers as your best bet! I also had to tie the straps a little because it was super low cut, and I am still pulling it up constantly to cover my bra (have to wear a bra with it for work). With that said, I still wear it a bunch it’s just not a first choice for me! 5’8 135 lbs size 4
