It’s exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Definitely runs a bit big I’m usually an XS but I ordered a small and it’s pretty long if your 4’11 or smaller it can definitely be worn as a dress 5’0 and up can also be worn as a dress but I would recommend wearing shorts.
