It fits really well... I'm 165lbs and 5 ft 7. Recently had a baby and didn't know what size to buy ended up buying a Medium. It has a lot of stretch and doesn't fit tight nor too loose. Enough to hid my baby pudge but not too loose to look like I'm still pregnant
