I am 5’4 and 124 pounds. I ordered the small but the top looks like an extra small and the shorts look like a medium. The top fits fine once it is on but the material does not stretch and it was difficult getting over my shoulder (I do not have broad shoulders). It seemed like it was made for a child/skinnier person. The shorts are bigger and loose. I would have had to order a medium top and extra small shorts for a better fit. Also, I wish it had pockets.

Fits perfectly. There's not a lot of stretch in the waist so it was a slight struggle getting them over my thighs & hips.
