Runs extra small size up. The pants couldn't pass my thighs.

I’m 5’8 and these are too short I’m thinking a 30 inseam .. no stretch, once over my hips (struggle) they fit well but maybe a medium is longer? Not sure, but, other reviews said tall girl approved; However, they were larger sizes .. fabric was Meh… top was oversized as pictured. Overall cute but too short and zero stretch , around waist
