This dress is beautiful, love the concept, but it was so big for me!!! The bottom part was ok, but the upper part was way to big… the shoulders pads are like weird… The material is good but if you are short and skinny this dress is going to be big for you…. I got XS and I had to return it…

This dress is as vibrant as it looks in the photo. My issue was that after reading reviews about it not having a lot of stretch, I decided to purchase a large. I'm 5'5 158lbs. It fit perfectly in my hips (I'm about 42 inches) but the top is a little big. It's fixable and I'll definitely be taking the large shoulder pads out but I'm certain the medium would not have fit my hips but it would've fit perfectly up top. If you have hips but less butt, you will be fine with a medium. But if you have groceries in the back (LOL), opt for the large.
