I was super excited to buy these but when they arrived and I tried them on, they were NOWHERE NEAR a size 15 like they were marked. They are so badly designed that I couldn't even pull them to passed my thighs before simply giving up. Idk what they think a 15 is but these were more like a size 9 or 10. Unfortunately, I waited too long to return them so I'm just stuck with them but it really made me angry, especially because this is the SECOND pair of jeans I've had this issue with. Some fit perfectly, others are so bad that I have no idea how to gage without buying, trying them on, and returning them. It's ridiculous.

Cool jeans. Love the pink tint. They are non stretch the but waist band is elastic and is stretchy. I wouldn’t size up as other reviewers suggest. Baggy enough, length is good. 5’4” 110 lbs for reference.
