The dress is well made, but it’s very thick so just be aware if you’re buying it for the hotter months. The sequins look beautiful, but they do tend to catch on each other (and I only wore it for like 5 minutes). I probably should have gotten a size or two smaller as it was just a little loose in the arms and waist. I bought a 1X where I maybe should have just gotten the L/XL (it’s hard to say as it’s got a bit of give to it but it fits snugly). I’m usually a AUS 14/16 in the top and 12/14 in the bottoms. The lining in the sleeves does also tend to poke through the bottom but once again might be a size issue. It left lots of little black threads all over me as well as a few sequins and I’d honestly be too scared to wash it. And on the note of washing it, when I pulled it out of the bag it stank like cigarettes. Not sure if that was just the material chemical smell or something else.. I’m kinda shattered coz it’s a beautiful dress and it does look really sexy on. But it was just too big and too annoying to wear.
