I got a size big enough for my bust and it fit! I am size 38E or DDD and the Top is slightly stretchy!

Fits very small. I'm normally a large or XL. I ordered an XL to be safe & I couldn't even do up the buttons. Also buttons are fadyened with a stretchy elastic. So if the shirt is very tight on - which it should be - hopefully the elastics don't break otherwise it's just open skin & gaping shirt.
