this is such a good set. The material is so nice and soft. if feels like such good quality material. the legging are stretchy but not super stretchy so I’d say get your regular size. I sized down to a xl and I was able to squeeze into the leggings but my usual 1xl would have been a perfect fit. the shirt is oversized so no worries with the shirt. overall I love this set and it looks even better in person
