Size wise, I ordered a L and my measurements are 40/28/40, 5'6" and 170 lbs. it fit fine and was very comfortable. I realized after I it arrived that this will probably be a one time wear item, the material does not look like it will hold up. The cups are very small, I wore a lacy bra under it to keep my nips covered because it did not stay in place (36D) for my girls. The button holes on the neckline were SUPER small and hard to get the button through. But if you need a cute bodysuit for one night, its not bad for the price!
