It doesn't have much support but it does come with padding that can also be taken out. Also it's probably just me, but it's a little tight in the armpit-boob area but it's tolerable. The quality is very nice tho and I think it's really cute can be paired with a cute Jean jacket or it can be used to sleep in. What I'm trying to say is that you can dress it up and dress it down.
