Nice design and length. Super small waist

I’m a size 6/7 USA. Hips 38 , waist 28 bust 34A. With very flat stomach. Dress goes swooping down in back to not jack up so it’s not too short.. I have thicker than average athletic upper arms and dress was not tight on arm muscles. One waist button doesn’t close so I plan on moving the button out since dress so cute. Size up if stomach is not flat flat flat.
