Fits nice and comfy

So I brought these in a blueish color from a retail store in mens. Thinking these would fit the same because they look identical except the color, I went with the XL. Boy was I wrong. These shorts are huge. The waist is extremely wide. Even doing the drawstring they would have been too loose after normal wear. I am 240ish with maybe a 38-43 inch waist. I end up giving to my mom because sending them back would be a waste. I will be ordering the Large and hope they would fit the way I want or at least the waist won’t be big.
