This outfit is def a show stopper. It’s right at the bottom of the skirt but not uncomfortable. The top may give a little under noon depending on how chest heavy you are. I’m a 38 DD and they sit fine but not enough for me to raise my arms up and dance wildly because a boob may slip from underneath lol. Super sexy and slimming. I’d say true to size only because of the way the skirt is put together it hugs to give that slim sexy look so I wouldn’t size down at all. The color is vibrant and the outfit is super soft.
