The skirt arrived with loose strings, and one of the belt loops was cut. The worst thing is that I couldn't return it because it was on sale. So it seems defected items are put on sale which I find to be deceptive.

I went by the comments to choose my size, and it said that it comes smaller so I chose size m because I usually wear size small/medium but it was too big for me.
