The dress is really really sexy and has good stretch but the material is kinda slippery. I haven't worn it out yet but when I tried it on my boobs kept falling out. The material didn't aid in holding the girls up at all. Will definitely need some boob tape and double sided clothing tape. I got a small - I'm 5'7, about 145lbs, 34D/32DD.
