I’m 5’4 160 I usually range between medium and large where large is more comfortable. I ordered a large but honestly think a medium would fit just fine. I have not tried them On with heels yet. Very wide leg. To shape pants I used paper clamps down center of pants left for two or three days then took off. Shape is perfect.
