The bag came/ looked exactly as pictured which is the most important thing here.lol its important to note that the bag is off white and not actually "white" despite how the lighting kind of makes it look in the photos online. Also another cool fact, the gold piece controls how short or long you want your purse to hang, which was an added plus.
