Customer Care Representative

Position Summary:

We are looking for high-energy, enthusiastic customer service reps that have positive energy and provide our customers with phenomenal service.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Proactively work with customer to solve any customer issues
  • Receive and review member service requests in a timely manner
  • Enhance member relationships by demonstrating concern for member safety
  • Keep members informed of the status and progress of their service requests
  • Use logic and reasoning skills to address and resolve issues that may impede delivery of quality service
  • Act and interact effectively and productively to provide timely & quality delivery of member roadside assistance needs
  • Build appropriate rapport with the member and service provider network
  • Possess ability to effectively diffuse high tension situations

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience: 

  • 2 years of high volume customer service experience either in a call center or retail environment
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with special emphasis on resolving complaints or customer escalations
  • Ability to adapt to sudden business and industry changes
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and other common desktop software applications
  • Able to participate in a rotation for after hours, weekend, and holiday coverage
  • Must perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center with varying levels of stress and service issues that impact customers' experience
  • Willingness to collaborate with peers and other business units to investigate and resolve service issues in a timely fashion
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail with excellent documentation and client follow-up abilities
