Position Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and super smart person to work in our Accounting Department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Compile financial information to prepare monthly journal entries for various inventory and other GL account
  • Effectively identify and communicate any technical issues with inventory
  • Prepare account reconciliation for assigned balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare account analysis for management
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Assist with other tasks as needed

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • CPA preferred
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • 4+ years’ experience in general ledger or public accounting
