I'm 5'4. 137lbs and got a medium. It's stretchy cheapy material. It was okay, but I needed a last minute dress. I wear a 36 ddd or 34dd and the boob part didn't cover. If you're small on top this will fit just fine. If you have big boobs you're either gona have to wear it with half of your boob out or sew more fabric. I ended up sewing more fabric of the same color at the bottom of the boob part to make it less exposed and cheap looking. I have moderate size hips and small waist.
