I’m between and medium/large. I ordered an XL just because I didn’t want it to be super tight and be busting out of it. The XL was perfect for me. I could have gotten away with a large but the XL was comfortable for me. The hip straps are elastic and do stretch but still kind of pull into your body. I’m not the most toned girl out there so my hips looked like a busted can of biscuits with that strap going through them BUT I just pulled them up above my hips and lined them up with the edge of the body suit and it looked fine!
