Strings in the back are a little big

Took 2 weeks to receive package only to have package literally not include the one item I ordered. I received an empty box instead. It took 2+ weeks for customer service decide they should give me a refund and the item. I Didn’t even receive full amount back that should include shipping because “the package was delivered.” Extremely frustrating, and not sure it is or will ever be worth the hassle for some cheap clothing.
