I am 5 foot eight and weigh 197 pounds. I do have a little pooch, a pretty thick body with decent curves. when I am able to snatch in my waist correctly, my curves make me go from thick with the pooch too thick with a BBL look my body is natural with people ask me if I had surgery when I wear this plus it pushes the excess weight down and makes my behind look even bigger. I can fit easily into a large or an extra large, but I bought this once in a medium and it fit comfortably. Needed more compression so I bought another one in a small and that small also fit comfortably, but gave me the compression that I wanted for the small lease I wanted.

Height: 5’7” | Weight: 180-190lbs. I ordered a size medium and I typically wear a size medium in FN bodysuits. The item fits as described, so I would order your usual size but if you want a less ”snatched” fit I would suggest sizing up.
