I have big breasts 38 DD and a mom pouch. I am between L/XL and sized up. The sleeves on this dress are mesh and comfortable on bigger arms. Short length makes up for it not having a flashy/revealing neckline. Double lined and not see thru. I wore it with long red barrel curls/sidepart. Real crowd pleaser. @hann_fel
