I have been a customer for years and last week I ordered this dress and your company send me a medium men’s shorts pink I contact your company right away since I only had 3 days for the wedding I was attending and your response was pay for the shipping return it when we recieve it then wait 5/7 days for a in store credit and you can reorder your dress with a 30% coupon like I needed what I bought and or a quick solution right then mind you I go on the web site to repurchase the red dress and it was sold out how convenient so I feel now you purposely send me the wrong item because you didn’t have enough dresses to go around mind you they don’t care to lose a low income client they are more interested in Kylie and cardi b I question will this same customer service happens to them I think not so this was my last purchase from your unprofessional company
