The polyester spandex material is fairly stretchy and lightweight. For reference, im 5'5" 120 lbs decided i'd size down wanted alittle tighter fitted look and this set fits me really nice. it's body sculpting or form fitting making for a natural fitting set. Got this when it was discounted and it's perfect for my everyday typical workout routine.
