Arms too small

The dress is cute but the size of arms do no match the rest of the garment. I ordered size up as suggested and the sleeves are still small and the fabric does not stretch. Not well made in proportions.

Sized Up and Still Small

After reading the reviews I purchased a size up thinking it would fit but it was way too small on me. The back of the dress way under my butt and then the arms of the dress are really tight. I would go two sizes up for this to fit and I can’t return it because of the policy which sucks.
