These heels are around 4 inches, and yet they do not feel like it. They are so comfy for a heel, I think that is attributed to the slingback design. If you are brown/dark brown/dark skinned the black and ivory color will look amazing against your skin tone! I usually am a US womens 8 which for EU that can be anywhere between a 39, or a 38.5. I got a 7.5 because the shoes that this sight sells I always go a half size smaller. And they fit like an 8. I recommend to put a sole protector/gripper at the top of the heel, because there is no grip and you do not want to be slipping and sliding everywhere. very nice heel!
