The colored dots peeled off

I put it on and it was tight, I walked to my bathroom to look in the mirror and the little dots just started falling off like crazy. Worst part is that I couldn't return it so I just have a romper that I wasted money on. I'm so upset.

This romper is okay, has little stretch. The color comes from tiny circles on the fabric which is very scratchy on the shoulder. It did fit I just didn’t like the scratchy part on the shoulder from the fabric.
