I am a normal wide foot girl with true size 7 feet. Unless you like a little extra toe room, I could've bought a 6.5. The strap across the toes isn't tight AT ALL. Get your size. I love that the heel isn't very skinny and the heel tip is wide. Very easy and comfortable to walk in.
