It is just a Long T-shirt that has been cut at the shoulders and left raw with added safety pins for a cute trendy look, honestly I could do the same thing with a oversized T-shirt my spouse has in his closet, ( I just might do that, lol ) the challenge I find will be after the first wash, you'll have to remove the safety pins first and hopefully the cut area will not fray or turn inward at the cut seams, I will be hanging it on a rack to let it dry, I would not be putting this in a dryer nor should you, for fear that it would be destroyed after wearing it just once. (I digress), I am a US size 16/18 200lbs 2x or 3x and I ordered a 3x for extra room around my 42DDD and it fits me perfectly and it stops just at the top of my knees I'm 5'3" for reference, I guess It's okay for its price point after all, I got it on BOGO so Aaa, yeah.
