I'm 6'0" 160lbs and bought a medium with the matching shorts. The shirt isn't very long, only goes waist hight, but with the matching shorts, the outfit looks good and fits well. Material is a little thicker than a typical cotton shirt so I wore a tank top under to avoid sweating directly into the shirt in hot weather. Happy with the purchase
