I am 5’3, 145 lbs and I wear a medium in pretty much everything, but the medium was sold out, so I bought the small based on reviews that said the dress ran large. It’s perfect on me. Some people complained about it being too short; and it is short, but it cups my butt while standing and bending over so nothing pops out. Absolutely love this dress and I feel beautiful in it.
