I do not go to the gym in these. One thing for sure they are not hard-core workout shorts more like yoga or lounge shorts. The material is very stretchy but see-through, as I tried them on you could see every part of my underwear line making me have to double up on shorts. They don’t hold sweat very well either when I was working out with them you could see every sweat stain possible which is very embarrassing. It looked like I peed myself. The shorts didn’t really hold anything in either they kept coming down. Aside from the fact that these are pj shorts I would never wear these to the gym again.

Very comfortable and breathable. The material could be a little thicker but that’s just my preference because I like biker shorts very thick.
