I am 5'4 and 145 pounds.. I am sometimes a S or M, depending on the material. But this costume def wasn't going to be worth the original price of $100.. the clothes def gives cheap. The belt is actually plastic, but that doesn't bother me. The bra and shorts look just as advertised. It gives regular looking bra and shorts. Again, the quality doesn't match the price, BUT I still love the costume. The belt, gloves, and coat really adds to the look of a boxer costume. Now, the shorts don't have as much stretch, but they did fit me very well. I do have a tummy (32. 6 inch) and butt (38 inches). If u have a bigger booty, the shorts will be hard to put on. the description do say 1-2 sizes smaller so pay attention. if you're super thick, you need a large/XL>
